Bereavement: Olive Foley on dealing with grief after loss

Posted 30 May 2018

Following the interview which took place on live95fm, last Thursday 24th May with Joe Nash on Limerick Today’s show and the Children’s Grief Centre’s Director, Helen Culhane and our new ambassador, Olive Foley the following article by Donal O’Regan appeared in The Leader newspaper on the 30th May, 2018.

Sr. Helen welcomed Olive Foley, newly appointed ambassador to the Children’s Grief Centre and said that Olive’s “recognition of the work being done here at the Children’s Grief Centre is truly humbling.  We thank Olive for her volunteered time and dedication to supporting the work we do and together we will continue making a difference in the lives of children and young people”.

Olive spoke of her experience of grief and loss following the death of her husband, Anthony Foley in October, 2016.
