We are growing our team and looking for an organised, compassionate, and detail-oriented professional to help us provide essential services and ensure the smooth running of the Centre.
As an administrator you will be the first point of contact for families and Individuals using the service.
Essential criteria:
• A relevant administration/business qualification.
• Experience in a busy administrative role.
• Proficiency in IT (particularly MS office).
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to deal appropriately with a range of needs.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage and complete a variety of tasks on time and under pressure.
Closing date Friday, May 30th.
22.5 hour contract, 9 am-5 pm Wed, Thurs and Friday.
